Every form signed before the patient walks in.
Forms filled in at the front desk hold up the first appointment and the queue behind it. This is how Argus gets them done before the visit, to rules you set.
You decide which forms, and when.
Each appointment type gets its forms and a time to send them. The forms are yours; we never write medical wording.
| Appointment | Forms | Sent |
|---|---|---|
| New patient consultation | Registration and medical history | 2 days before |
| Injectable treatment | Treatment consent | 2 days before |
| Returning patient | Changes since the last visit | 1 day before |
Six steps, for every booking.
- 01
Read the booking
When a booking lands in your calendar, Argus checks the appointment type against your rules to see which forms it needs.
- 02
Send the forms
At the time you set, the patient gets a link to those forms, by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- 03
Check what comes back
Blank required answers and unsigned consent are spotted as soon as the patient submits.
- 04
Chase once
A patient with missing parts gets one reminder the day before, naming exactly what is missing.
- 05
Flag answers for the doctor
Answers your rules mark for review, such as a listed allergy, go to the doctor before the visit, not after.
- 06
File and show the day
Completed forms are saved to the patient’s folder, and the front desk sees each patient’s status on the day list.
The front desk sees who is ready before the day starts.
Each patient shows the appointment and where their forms stand. Anything the doctor needs to see is marked.

To set it up:
- Your forms
- The forms you use today, on paper or online. We set them up as online forms with your wording unchanged.
- Your rules
- Your appointment types, the forms each one needs and when they go out. We write them up and you approve them.
- Your calendar
- Google Calendar or Cal.com, so each new booking starts the process.
- A place to file
- The folder or system completed forms go to, and who on your team can open them.
Common Questions
Do we have to change our forms?
No. We use your wording as it is and set it up as an online form. If you change a form, the new version is used from the next booking.
Is a consent form signed online enough for our clinic?
That is a question for your own medical and legal advisers. We set it up the way they tell us, and a patient can still sign on paper at the desk.
Where are completed forms kept?
In the folder or system you choose, opened only by the people you name. How we handle patient data is on our Trust page.
How long does it take to set up, and what does it cost?
It is an Arcadia build, usually 2 to 4 weeks from sign-off. Starter is from S$1,980 setup + S$480/month for one process; your fixed quote comes with the Process Map after the call.
Bring your intake forms to the call.
30 minutes, no commitment. Within 2 working days you get a free one-page Process Map: the three processes to automate first, the hours they take today, and a fixed quote.
