How is a system priced?
Starter is from S$1,980 setup + S$480/month for one process. Larger systems are quoted to their scope: how many processes they cover, which channels and which apps they connect to. There is a one-time setup fee for the build and a monthly fee to keep it running, and the fixed quote comes with your Process Map.
What is included in the monthly upkeep fee?
Monthly upkeep covers hosting costs, LLM API usage, monitoring, bug fixes, and minor tuning. You are not paying for our time to build new features, just to keep the system running reliably.
Who owns the system?
We do. Every system (Arcadia, Desmo, Odeon and Helios) is built, hosted and run by us. The underlying code and workflows stay with us, and you use the system for as long as you subscribe; the monthly upkeep covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. Your data is yours: if you leave, we give you a full export of it first.
How long does deployment take?
Most systems: 48–72 hours from sign-off. Full integrations: 5–7 days. Voice agents: 1–2 weeks. Custom builds (Arcadia): 2–4 weeks.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No minimum term. Either side can end a managed-system engagement with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are due before the build starts.
