1. Who We Are
Argus.ai Solutions ("Argus", "we", "our") builds, hosts and runs automation for businesses, such as onboarding, approvals, documents, reminders, quotes, reporting, prospecting and enquiries, including chat and voice agents that work inside rules the business approves. We are based in Singapore. Our contact email is hello@argusaisolutions.com.
2. What Data We Collect
- →Contact information you provide via enquiry forms, chat, email, or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number, and business details.
- →Conversation data from our website chat widget (IO, our AI assistant) and any deployed chatbot systems.
- →Usage and analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised page views, session data, device/browser type).
- →Information you provide when booking a discovery call via our scheduling link.
3. How We Use Your Data
- →To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- →To send you relevant follow-up communications about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- →To operate and improve AI systems we have deployed for your business.
- →To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- →We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
In delivering our services, your data may be processed by:
- →IONOS: our infrastructure host. Our servers are in a data centre in the United States.
- →Cerebras, Groq and OpenRouter: language-model providers that process chat text so our assistants can reply. Groq also transcribes speech for our voice demo.
- →Microsoft (Edge read-aloud): turns the replies in our voice demo into speech.
- →TypeSafe: checks assistant replies for accuracy before they are sent. TypeSafe keeps no copy of the text it checks.
- →Google: Gemini as a backup language model, Google Workspace for email, Google Calendar for booking, Google Drive for encrypted off-site backups, and Google Analytics 4 for anonymised website analytics.
- →Cloudflare: network protection and access control in front of our services.
- →Cal.com: scheduling, when you book a call with us and for the systems we run for clients.
- →Resend: booking-confirmation email delivery for the systems we run for clients.
- →Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram: messaging channels, where you choose to message us there. Our team also receives an alert in Telegram with the details of each enquiry sent through our website.
- →Telnyx, Deepgram and ElevenLabs: phone calls, speech-to-text and text-to-speech for the voice agents we run for clients. Call recording is off, and Deepgram is told not to keep callers' audio for training.
- →n8n (self-hosted) — workflow automation platform running on our own servers.
Our servers are in the United States, and some of these providers process data outside Singapore, including in the United States and Australia. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps to make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires. For a system we run for a client, the conversations, leads and bookings belong to that client: we hold them while the engagement is active, and for 30 days after it ends, during which the client can ask for a copy. After that they are deleted. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days. You may ask us to delete your personal data earlier at any time.
6. Data Security
Each client system runs in its own isolated container with its own database and credentials. Data is protected by TLS encryption in transit, role-based staff access, an audit log of who views conversations, and fail2ban-protected endpoints. Off-site backups are encrypted before they leave our servers. We do not store payment card data. Secrets and credentials are never stored in application code.
7. Your Rights (PDPA)
Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to:
- →Access the personal data we hold about you.
- →Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- →Withdraw consent for us to use your personal data (subject to legal or contractual obligations).
- →Request deletion of your personal data where retention is no longer necessary.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@argusaisolutions.com. We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 10 business days.
8. Data Protection Officer
Our appointed Data Protection Officer is H. Juhair, reachable at h.juhair@argusaisolutions.com for any data protection enquiries, concerns, or complaints.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
